Jackie Nugent of In Design, etc. was exceptional in designing and orchestrating my kitchen and bathroom remodel. Before demolition, she created a timeline that held true to the finish. Communication with the contractor, plumber and electrician was ongoing. She enlisted a very professional crew. I personally have difficulty making decisions or visualizing an end result. Jackie took the reins on providing a few choices, based on my taste, and had helpful suggestions to follow once a choice was made. i.e. backsplash to match cabinets to match hardware to flow with existing flooring and appliances, etc. And that is just my kitchen! She designed the entire bathroom as well, closing off awkward doors, extending a wall for more space, in addition to more beautiful updates. Jackie was great at keeping the integrity of my older home. On my own, I chose a cupboard design that was far too modern for my home. She suggested a similar cupboard that was a better fit to the age/design of my home that I liked just as much. It certainly flowed better with the rest of the house. I would not have thought to be mindful of that! I 100% recommend Jackie for your design project, big or small. She is passionate about design and it shows.
